Great time, sensational national park, overall very nice, despite the initial problems with WiFi!

Very nice location, nice equipment, helpful host, nice neighbors, great pub around the corner!

Exceptional

It's a lovely lovely house in a beautiful location. It's modern, clean, really well equipped, warm, comfortable, luxurious. it's on the edge of, but properly in the new forest, there are so many places to go walking, there's swimming in the river at fordingbridge. There were donkeys at the end of the drive some mornings,

The broadband is a bit slow.

Very Good

High spec, spacious, warm.

Lack of attention to detail that for the price lets it down. We had a good stay, but given the price bracket there were too many "buts" to give it top billing. Some cleaning missed in kitchen and en suite bathroom. Fixes needed: dripping taps, Kitchen and en suite bathroom not properly cleaned, some blinds broken, glass doors in hall need re-hanging as kept banging against each other. Bonkers light switches (too many, mostly in the wrong places) not the owners' fault but doesn't help create the right tone as every time you want the lights on it's a memory task or guesswork.
